How merchants can connect their JTL-Shop or JTL-Wawi to our fulfillment via JTL-FFN?

JTL Fulfillment for retailers. As a logistics and fulfillment service provider, we work with the JTL merchandise management system. This enables us to offer our customers the option of seamlessly connecting the JTL store or JTL Wawi to our fulfillment system via JTL-FFN (Fulfillment Network).

Here is a simple step-by-step guide to make the process easier.

JTL customer account

• Register in the JTL customer account ➚.
• Follow the instructions to verify your account.
• Activate the JTL Fulfillment Network in the JTL customer account to establish the connection to your JTL store or JTL Wawi.

Set up JTL-Wawi

• Make sure that your JTL-Wawi is up to date.
• Download the necessary updates and plugins from the JTL website ➚ and install them.
• If you do not use the JTL store but another provider, you can connect the JTL Wawi to it. To do this, go to the JTL customer account in the menu under Order/Licenses, then on the page under Sales to “Shop Connectors”. Select the connector for your store. Once the two systems have been successfully linked, you can control product maintenance and order processing exclusively via JTL Wawi, no longer via your store.

Create JTL-FFN account

• We will send you an invitation e-mail with which you can create a JTL-FFN account.
• Follow the instructions to verify your account.
• Activate the JTL Fulfillment Network (JTL-FFN) in your JTL customer account to establish the connection to your JTL store or JTL Wawi.

Set up interfaces

• Go to the settings in your JTL-Wawi and select the option for JTL-FFN.
• Enter the required access data that you have received from JTL-FFN.
• Test the connection to ensure that everything is working properly.

Synchronize products

• Synchronize your product data to ensure that all items are displayed correctly in our fulfillment system.
• Make sure that all product information such as stock levels, prices and descriptions are up to date.

Manage orders

• As soon as the connection is established, you can transmit orders directly from your JTL store or your JTL Wawi to our fulfillment system.
• Our automated processes ensure that your orders are processed efficiently and promptly.
