- Was geschieht, wenn die Warenpost nicht zugestellt werden kann?
Bei anfallenden Rücksendungen organisiert DHL die Rücklieferung an die Absenderadresse. Den Preis erhalten Sie als Firmenkunde bei Subke oder direkt bei der Deutschen Post.
- Was ist ein Peakzuschlag?
In den Monaten mit vielen Sendungen, wie im November und Dezember wird zum Basispreis ein Zuschlag erhoben.
- Was ist GOGREEN?
Ein klimafreundlicher Versand, durch CO₂ Ausgleich in Klimaschutzprojekte. Dieser Service kann bei der Deutschen Post gebucht werden.
- Was ist BÜWA?
Privatkunden können Bücher und Warensendung mit BÜWA versenden. Während die Warenpost nur für Gewerbekunden zur Verfügung steht.
- Gibt es ein Gurtmaß für Warenpost?
Nein, das maximale Gurtmaß ist seit dem 01.06.2022 für die Warenpost international weggefallen. Hier gelten jetzt ebenfalls nur festgelegte Maße, wie bei der Warenpost national.
- Kann ich der Warenpost Retourenlabel beilegen?
Nein, der Warenpost können Sie keine Retourenlabels beilegen. Eine kostenpflichtige Rückführung erfolgt nur bei einer nicht möglichen Zustellung.
- Kann ich ein Warenpost-Label stornieren?
Nein, bereits erstellte Warenpost-Labels werden berechnet, auch wenn diese nicht in Sendung gehen. Ein Storno oder Adresskorrektur ist nicht möglich.
- Ist der Versand als Warenpost versichert?
Die Warenpost ist eine Versandmethode ohne Haftung für Verlust oder Beschädigung der Sendung.
Wenn Sie eine Versicherung für den Versand kleiner Artikel wünschen, müssen Sie eine andere Versandart wie beispielsweise ein versichertes Paket wählen.
Hierbei sind die Versandkosten in der Regel höher, aber im Falle von Verlust oder Beschädigung besteht eine Haftung, und Sie können Schadensersatz beanspruchen.
