Yes, you will receive a direct contact person in the warehouse from us, Subke Fulfillment.

You will have your own contact person in our warehouse. If you have a question about the item or the shipping, you can call your contact person in the warehouse directly.

This can be particularly helpful if something is to be added to the package or even if it should be held up. Direct contact with your contact person enables us to act quickly in our fulfillment.
